§ 1 Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders of digital content (e.g. e-books) placed through our online store.

§ 2 Contracting Party

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
By listing the digital content in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when you click on “Complete Purchase” or “Place Order with Obligation to Pay” during the checkout process.

§ 4 Prices and Payment Methods
All prices are final prices in accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (small business regulation – no VAT charged).
Payments are processed via the payment methods provided by Shopify.

§ 5 Delivery of Digital Content
The digital content is provided immediately after payment either via email or as a download link. No physical shipping will take place.

§ 6 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.
For digital products, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the execution of the contract has begun before the withdrawal period expires and you have expressly agreed to this.

§ 7 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. If you experience any issues with your digital product, please contact us.

§ 8 Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
